How billing works.
Can I extend my session?
Yes. If nobody has booked the next slot, you can extend from the screen inside the pod or from your confirmation link.
What payment do you take?
Tap to pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or scan the QR code on the pod. Pods are cashless.
Do prices change by location?
Launch prices are shown above. Some locations, times or equipment (such as consoles in Game Pods) may be priced differently, and the price is always shown before you pay.
Can I rent a pod by the month?
Yes. A monthly private office reserves one pod for you alone, with 24/7 access. Rates depend on the location: request monthly pricing.
What is included?
Your time in the pod, air conditioning, fast internet, and a complimentary GermProof spray and gel pack to keep. Water, refreshments and extra GermProof are in the vending units, paid with the same tap.
Are there any other charges?
Only if the pod is left dirty or damaged. You wipe down and take your trash when you leave (a cleaning kit is in every pod). If the next check finds it dirty, a $200 cleaning fee is charged to the card you booked with; damage is charged at the cost of repair. See the house rules.
