POD ON ME works like a short stay: you book the room, you get the keys, and you leave it ready for the next guest. Before the door unlocks, you accept the rental agreement and these rules, and the card you booked with stays on file for cleaning or damage.
Most guests never pay a cent extra. Leave it clean and undamaged, and you only pay for your time.
How it works
- Book and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Tap Accept and unlock to sign the rental agreement.
- Use the pod: lower the blinds, order dinner to the locker, get to work.
- Wipe down, take your trash, walk out. The door locks behind you.
- The pod runs its fresh-air reset, and our team inspects and cleans on a schedule.
Leave it as you found it
Before you go, GermProof the desk, table, handles and chair arms with the spray provided, wipe the keyboard and screen with the screen-safe wipes (never spray GermProof on them), and take your trash or bag it in the bin.
$200 cleaning fee
If the pod is left dirty, a $200 cleaning fee is charged to the card you booked with. The next guest can report a dirty pod with photos, and our cleaning team checks it before any charge.
Damage is on the booking card
Anything broken, marked or missing is charged to your card at the cost of repair or replacement. You are responsible for anyone you bring in.
Guest limits
Up to 2 people in an 8′×10′ pod and up to 4 in a 10×12 Meeting Pod.
Check out on time
Your door code stops at the end of your booking. Stay longer only by extending; overstays are charged at the hourly rate.
Not allowed
No smoking, vaping or cannabis. No sleeping overnight. No pets except service animals. No illegal activity. Breaking a rule ends the booking and may ban the account.
Clean before you walk in. Clean after you walk out.
Every counter and touch surface is GermProofed before each guest enters and again after they leave, as part of every reset. And every guest gets a complimentary GermProof spray and gel pack to use in the pod and take home.

Total privacy, your call.
The glass tints dark the moment you are inside, and blackout blinds close it off completely. There are no cameras inside a pod, ever. The exterior screen shows only OCCUPIED and the time left.
Who decides if a pod was left dirty?
The next guest can report it in the app or on the screen with photos, and our cleaning team checks before charging. If you think a charge is wrong, email info@podonme.com within 48 hours and we will review it.
Is a hold placed on my card?
A temporary authorization may be placed when you book, the same way hotels and car rentals do. It is released when the booking closes cleanly.
Can I bring food?
Yes. Order to your pod’s delivery locker or bring your own. Take the packaging with you or bag it in the bin provided.
Where is the full agreement?
The full rental agreement will be published here before booking opens. By using a pod you will accept it on the screen before the door unlocks.
